What is Neutrophils (Percent)?
The share of your white blood cells that are neutrophils, shown as a percentage.
Neutrophils are the most common white blood cells and are front-line responders to many infections. This percentage is the proportion version of the neutrophil count and pairs with the absolute neutrophil count that gives the actual number. A higher share can be associated with infection or stress on the body, while a lower share can be associated with other conditions. It is part of a white blood cell differential.
