1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when a website loads in your browser. They let a site keep the state of your session, remember your preferences, support security, and measure how the site is used.
This policy covers cookies and comparable technologies such as local storage that serve the same purposes.
2. How we use cookies
We use two kinds of cookies, and nothing else.
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and secure. We cannot switch these off, because without them the site cannot serve pages reliably. One of them is set by Cloudflare through our infrastructure provider, so it is technically a third-party cookie, and it processes technical signals such as your IP address to distinguish visitors from automated traffic.
Analytics cookies help us see which pages people read and where the site is confusing, so we can improve it. They are set by Google Analytics and only after you accept them.
We do not use cookies for advertising, ad targeting, or profiling, and we do not sell or share cookie data for those purposes. Your health records are stored in the Longetic app, not on this website, and they are never shared with analytics.
3. Types of cookies we use
The list below is maintained by scanning this website and reflects the cookies present as of August 04, 2026. It may change as the site changes.
- Strictly necessary: Required for the site to work and to stay secure. These cannot be switched off.
- __cf_bm: Set by Cloudflare through our infrastructure provider to support Cloudflare Bot Management and tell human visitors from automated traffic. Processes technical signals including IP address. Duration: 1 hour.
- Analytics — set only with your consent: Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Set by Google Analytics.
- _ga: Set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and to calculate visitor, session and campaign data. It stores a randomly generated identifier that recognises a returning browser pseudonymously; it is not anonymous data. Duration: 1 year 1 month 4 days.
- _ga_*: Set by Google Analytics to store and count page views for a specific property. Duration: 1 year 1 month 4 days.
4. Legal basis
For strictly necessary cookies we rely on the fact that they are essential to provide the service you requested — under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive no consent is required for cookies that are strictly necessary for the transmission of a communication or to provide a service you have asked for.
For analytics cookies we rely on your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as described below, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.
5. Who receives the data
Analytics data collected through these cookies is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) on our behalf. Google's description of how it handles data from sites that use its services is at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Cloudflare, acting through our infrastructure provider, processes the technical signals described above.
We do not share cookie data with anyone else.
6. International transfers
Google may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard.

7. How long we keep your choice
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser and we keep a record of it — the categories you accepted or refused, and the time you did so — as evidence that consent was obtained. That record is retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance and no longer than needed for that purpose.
We will ask again after twelve months, and sooner if we add a new type of cookie, so that your choice always reflects what the site actually does.
8. Manage cookie preferences
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page on this website, or here: . It reopens the cookie preference centre, where you can accept all cookies, keep only the necessary ones, or switch individual categories on and off. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately and stops analytics cookies from being set again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site from working.

9. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

10. Changes to this policy
If we add a new type of cookie or change what an existing one is used for, we will update this page, change the date at the top, and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
