What is Lymphocytes (Percent)?
The share of your white blood cells that are lymphocytes, shown as a percentage.
Lymphocytes are white blood cells central to the immune system, including cells that fight viruses and make antibodies. This percentage is the proportion version of the lymphocyte count and pairs with the absolute lymphocyte count that gives the actual number. A higher or lower share can be associated with infections, immune responses, or other blood changes. It is reported within a white blood cell differential.
